If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Contact our customer service team at 1-800-BLENDTEC to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Pack Your Product
Securely place the blender and all original accessories into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
